Shipping Policy

Athena Rose Trichology - Shipping Policy

At Athena Rose Trichology, we carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives safely, correctly, and in optimal condition. Please review the details below regarding processing, delivery timelines, and shipping responsibilities.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

  • During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (United States)

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Delivery timeframes begin once the carrier has received the package.


International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Customs processing may extend delivery beyond our control.


3. Shipping Fees

United States

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100

  • Orders under $100: shipping calculated at checkout (USPS or UPS rates)

International

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Athena Rose Trichology does not control carrier pricing.


4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to:

  • import taxes

  • customs duties

  • VAT fees

  • brokerage fees

These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot predict or reimburse these fees.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, original shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Athena Rose Trichology is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to:

  • missing apartment/unit numbers

  • incorrect addresses

  • forwarding addresses

  • auto-filled checkout errors

If a package is returned to us, the customer must pay reshipping fees.


6. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping provider.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Athena Rose Trichology is responsible for preparing and dispatching your order —
the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.

Marked Delivered

If tracking shows Delivered, the package is considered successfully delivered.

We recommend:

  • checking with household members

  • checking around your property

  • contacting your local post office

We will assist you in filing a carrier claim, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund once delivery is confirmed.


Lost in Transit

If tracking has not updated for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international):

Include:

  • order number

  • shipping address

  • description of issue

We will open an investigation with the carrier.


Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • photos of packaging

  • photos of product

  • order number

Failure to provide documentation may prevent replacement eligibility.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Freight forwarders

  • Certain remote regions restricted by carriers

Orders placed to restricted locations may be canceled.


9. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is refused, abandoned, or unclaimed:

The customer is responsible for:

  • return shipping fees

  • customs charges

  • restocking costs

These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.
