SHIPPING POLICY

At Athena Rose Trichology, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all of our customers. Below are the details regarding shipping times, fees, and policies:

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery within 5-7 business days (domestic orders).
    • Estimated delivery times for international shipments vary by destination.
  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Delivery within 2-4 business days (domestic orders).
    • International delivery times may vary, but generally range from 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
  • International Shipping:

    • We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and customs processing times. You will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

Shipping Fees:

  • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders below $100 will incur a standard shipping fee of $7.95.
  • International Orders: Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We do not ship to certain remote locations or regions that may have delivery limitations.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the progress of your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the system.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Athena Rose Trichology is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. However, we will assist you in resolving any issues by working with the shipping carrier.
  • If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at info@athenarosehair.com with your order number and details of the issue, and we will help initiate a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Athena Rose Trichology is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Refused Shipments:

  • If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim from customs, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred.
