CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns: We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your products, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note:

  • All returns must be in their original condition, including packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges are processed based on product availability. If the new item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for the difference in price.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

ID VERIFICATION FOR PURCHASES

To ensure the safety and security of your transaction, we may require ID verification for certain purchases. This process helps us prevent fraud and ensure that your order is delivered securely.

When is ID verification required?

  • For large orders or orders with a high-risk profile.
  • If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity related to the payment method or billing address.

  1. If ID verification is required, we will notify you via email and request a government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport) for confirmation.
  2. You may also be asked to provide a photo of the credit card or payment method used for the purchase (with sensitive information, such as the card number, redacted).
  3. Once your information is verified, we will process your order. If verification is unsuccessful, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.
